Your order will be delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• The delivery courier will contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable, you may reschedule the delivery with the courier within 3 days, with a maximum postponement of one week.
• Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days. Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
• In case of exchange, you must first receive the order from the courier and pay for it. After that, you can submit an exchange request through our page or website, if applicable.
• If you refuse to receive the order from the courier or after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Unfortunately, customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
