Delivery & Exchange Policy

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

The delivery courier will contact you prior to arrival. If you are unavailable, you may reschedule the delivery with the courier within three days, up to a maximum of one week.

• Exchanges: You must first receive the order from the courier. Afterward, you can submit an exchange request through our social media page or website, where applicable.

• Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to receive the order from the courier or after it has been shipped, the customer shall bear all shipping charges.

• Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
